Wash the cow feet thoroughly with water and 2 tablespoons of flour, without adding anything else. Rinse three times.

Bring the water to a boil in a large pot. Add the cow feet and all the other ingredients. Cover the pot. For best results, cook in a pressure cooker for 40 minutes after boiling.

Remove the cow feet, separate the meat from the bones, and cut the meat into small pieces.

Strain the soup well and serve with lemon wedges.
