Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and milk.

Add the flour and mix well. Then add salt, pepper, and ground nutmeg. Mix thoroughly.

Place the diced ham in a silicone baking dish.

Drain the green asparagus. Cut the asparagus into two or three pieces each. Add the asparagus pieces and diced ham to the dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

Pour the egg mixture over the ingredients in the dish. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes.

Remove from the oven. Let cool for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan. Serve with a green salad.
