Oatmeal, Banana, and Chocolate Chip Cookies

Today I was organizing my pantry and found a half-empty container of oats. Since I already eat plenty of cereal in the morning, I wondered what to do with them. So, I decided to make cookies with just three ingredients: bananas, oats, and chocolate chips! My daughter smelled them baking and, even though it was bedtime, she wanted to try one. She was happy! These cookies are easy, healthy, and quick to make!

Peel the bananas, place them in a bowl, and mash them with a fork.

Add the oats and chocolate chips, and mix well.
- 3
Using a spoon, drop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. You can use a round cookie cutter to shape them and flatten with a spoon if you like.
- 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 20 minutes. Enjoy a delicious breakfast!
