- 4
Then add grated onion to it and mix it well. Now cook the masala on a low flame for 2 to 3 mins. Then add all the dry masalas like turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, salt and sugar and combine everything well with the masalas. Now let the masalas cook on a low flame until oil starts leaving from the masalas.
- 5
One the oil starts releasing from the masala, add the boiled dal-palak in it and give everything a good mix.
- 6
Now cover the pan and cook it on a low flame for about 5 to 7 mins. Check the salt consistency. Now finally add some chopped corriender and give it a final mix. Your Moong-Palak Masala is now ready to serve. Serve it hot along with roti/parathas or steamed rice.
