Ingredients

  1. 1 cupbeans
  2. Fresh fish
  3. 1 cupchopped spinach
  4. Tomato, red pepper and onions pulp
  5. Palm oil
  6. Mixed spices
  7. 1seasoning cube and 1/2tspn of salt
  8. Vegetable oil

    Soak the beans in water for an 1 hour, pour in a mortar and grind, add up the water and mesh with palm to remove the skin as if you are preparing the beans for akara.

    Fry the fish with vegetable oil and add the pulp and fry, then keep aside.

    Add the beans and water, then add the salt, spices and seasoning cube. Add the fried fish and pulp. Mix altogether and allow it until it’s very soft.

    Add the spinach and stir. Cover for 2mins and off the flame. I saved mine with tuwon shinkafa (rice swallow).
