Steps

Wash and mix both lentils in lukewarm water for 30 mins.

Blend them well.add ginger garlic paste. Blend more for a nice mix.you can store or freeze paste or you can fry phulkiyan and freeze phulkiyan too. meanwhile heat up oil

Fry them until a nice light golden colour.strain them by chalna which strain the excess oil.on cooling,keep them in an air tight container and in a zip lock bag.keep refrigerated.

You can either store paste.

Or store fried phulkiyan too in an air tight container. these will be fresh till 2 weeks in freezer
