Ingredients

to tasteBeetroot Paratha
1 cupwhole wheat flour
1beetroot
to tasteSalt
as required Water
Chicken Taco
as required Chicken sausage
1/2 cuplettuce chopped
1/4 cupgrated Cheese
2-3 TablespoonVeg Mayonnaise

Chop the beetroot and small pieces and grind them into a fine paste using a mixie jar.
Take the paste in a bowl and add salt, and flour and knead into the dough.
Make equal sized balls and roll into a chapati or paratha. Heat a tawa and cook the parathas from both the sides.

Heat a pan. Add the sausage slices and saute just for few seconds.
Place the sausage slices on the parathas, add Mayo, lettuce and cheese and fold into a taco as shown in the picture.
Enjoy hot and yummy tacos.
