Ingredients

  • 10/12medium size Rasgullas
  • 1 litrefull fat milk
  • 1/2 cupcondensed milk/ milk powder
  • 2-3Grounded green cardamom
  • as required Few strands of Kesar/Saffron
  • as per taste Sugar
  • as required Chopped pistachios(optional)
  • as required Rose water

    Pour the milk in a heavy bottom pan. Once it boils lower the flame. Let it simmer till it reaches a thicker but pouring consistency. Stir occasionally.

    Add the condensed milk / milk powder. Adjust the sugar as per taste. Add the grounded green cardamom.

  3. 3

    Add few drops of rose water & saffron strands & chopped pistachios. Give it a good stir. Turn off the flame.

  4. 4

    In a serving bowl place all the Rasgullas. Squeeze a little to take out little syrup from each. Pour the warm thickened milk over them. Refrigerate before serving. Enjoy this sweet delicacy.
