I made this quick strawberry jam which I used in my Strawberry Vanilla Swiss roll. I would recommend to use frozen strawberries as they won’t need any water to be added.

1 cupfull frozen strawberries
1/4 cuppowdered sugar
1 tsplemon juice

Blend the frozen strawberries in a food processor. They will become finely crushed.

In a non stick pan, put the crushed strawberries and bring to boil. Then add the sugar and lemon juice and let it cook till it thickens.

Let it cool and then transfer to a jar and refrigerate.

Use as you like.
