Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 cupsmaida
  • 1 tspsuji
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • Filling
  • 3 cupscrushed matar
  • 2 tbspoil
  • 1 tspjeera
  • 1 tspginger grated
  • 2chopped green chilli
  • to tasteSalt
  • as requiredKala namak
  • as requiredRed chilli according to taste
  • 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  • 1 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tspanardana powder
  • 1 tspjeera powder
  • 1/2lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Make dough in a pan add maida,salt,suji,oil rub well so that oil mixes well n knead with water to make soft dough. Cover it n rest for 1/2 _1 hour

  2. 2

    Filling
    In a pan add oil, jeera when it crackle add crushed peas

  3. 3

    Mix well add salt mix.cook for 5_10 mins till peas become soft.

  4. 4

    Add Black salt, Red chilli powder, haldi powder, dhaniya powder, anardana powder, mix well squeeze lemon juice..
    Mix well. Switch off gas n allow it to cool down.

  5. 5

    Make balls of peas n kept a side

  6. 6

    Make ball from dough place filling n make round ball n press with light hands from all sides.

  7. 7

    Deep fry on low flame

  8. 8

    Your kachori is ready to serve.
