Ingredients

15-20 minutes
2 servings
  • 1 packmehran vermicelli
  • 1onion
  • 1small tomato
  • 1 glasswater (little more or less can be added)
  • 1 teaspooneach salt,red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspooneach turmeric powder,Garam masala powder
  • 1/2lemon juice
  • 1/4 cupcoriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoondried fenugreek leaves
  • 1 tablespoonbutter
  • 2 tablespoonsoil
  • For tempering:-
  • 2 springscurry leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoonmustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspooncumin seeds

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly crush all the vermicelli in its pack itself further dry roast it for 1 minute remove it set aside.next take a Kadhai add oil temper it with mustard,cumin seeds & curry leaves then add chopped onions sauté until golden & add chopped tomatoes cook until it’s mashed now pop in all spices together add roasted vermicelli & water add coriander leaves & cover the lid for 3 minutes

    Once it is cooked pop it in a serving dish or bowl garnish with a dollop of butter piece.and serve it hot …!
