  • 8Green tomatillos
  • 1Small zucchini
  • Bunchcilantro (stems removed)
  • 1Avocado
  • 1/4Yellow onion
  • 1-2Jalapeno (seeds removed)
  • 1/2 Cupwater
  • 1 Tbspwhite vinegar
  • 3/4 Tspsalt
  • Canola Oil

    Toss everything in a blender EXCEPT the canola oil.

  2. 2

    While the salsa is liquefying in the blender, slowly add some canola oil a bit at a time until it is creamy. This is done while it is blending. No need to go crazy with the oil, doesn't take much.
