  1. 8Green tomatillos
  2. 1Small zucchini
  3. Bunchcilantro (stems removed)
  4. 1Avocado
  5. 1/4Yellow onion
  6. 1-2Jalapeno (seeds removed)
  7. 1/2 Cupwater
  8. 1 Tbspwhite vinegar
  9. 3/4 Tspsalt
  10. Canola Oil

    Toss everything in a blender EXCEPT the canola oil.

  2. 2

    While the salsa is liquefying in the blender, slowly add some canola oil a bit at a time until it is creamy. This is done while it is blending. No need to go crazy with the oil, doesn't take much.
