Steps

Pick beans and wash. Boil with water and onion. Onion makes it cook faster and enhances the taste of the beans. Cook till 70% done.

Drain in a colander and keep aside.

For fried beef, cut and wash beef.

Add in a pot. Put in water, cut onions, seasoning and spices, and allow to cook.

When cooked, drain beef from stock. Set stock aside.

Fry beef in hot oil and set aside.

Fry palm oil with onions in a big pot.

Add in blended pepper mix, seasoning, spices, daddawa and crayfish. Stir. Allow to fry.

Add in beef stock. Add enough water for the quantity of rice you intend to cook. Add some onions. Stir and cover pot.

Reduce heat and allow to boil for some time.

Wash rice and add. Add precooked beans and stir. Increase heat, cover pot and allow to cook.

Add in spinach, spring onion, onions and fried beef when rice is almost cooked. Mix properly.

Cover pot and reduce heat.

Serve yummy concoction rice when rice is cooked.
