Ingredients

Family
  • 1 cupboiled Kala Chana (It should be completely dry no water in it)
  • 1 teaspoonroasted jeera
  • 1 teaspoonginger green chilli paste
  • 5-6pudina leaves ke patte
  • as per taste Salt
  • 1 teaspoonchaat masala
  • 1 cupboiled mashed suran (jimikand or you can take aloo as well)
  • 1/2 cupcorraindar leaves
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoonscornflour
  • 1-2 tablespoonsoil for shallow fry

    Take 1 cup of boiled Kala Chana (no water should be there in it). Put it in mixture, add 1 teaspoon of roasted jeera, 1 teaspoon of ginger green chilli paste, 5-6 pudina leaves, salt to taste, 1 teaspoon of chat masala and grind it

  2. 2

    Take it in a bowl add one cup of boiled mashed suran/aloo, 1 tablespoon of cornflour, add 1/2 cup of coriander leaves and few drops of lemon...mix well...

  3. 3

    Give it heart shape and roll all the cutlets in the remaining 2 tablespoon of cornflour. Heat the tawa and add oil and shallow fry the cutlets on tawa
