A simple yet delectable fish curry flavoured with mustard.

Marinade fish with salt + turmeric and rest for 10 - 12 minutes.

Make a smooth paste of mustard powder with salt + turmeric + red chilli powder + 1 tsp mustard oil + 4 tbsp water and keep aside for 10 -12 minutes. Cut potato into slices and keep aside.

Fry marinaded fish till golden brown and keep aside, fry potato slices and keep aside.

Now add mustard oil, heat it and add onion seeds, allow to sizzle then add the smooth mustard paste along with 2-3 tbsp water and stir fry till mustard turns aromatic.
Then add water + green chilli and wait for boil. Cook for 2-3 minutes. - 5
Add fish pieces and cook for 5-6 minutes. Add chopped coriander.

Now gravy is done.

Serve with hot hot rice and enjoy the mustard flavoured fish gravy.
