As required malai
1 cupmilk
as per taste sugar
as required Saffron

Soak moong dal overnight and wash it thoroughly

Grind coarsely
3

Take kadhai and malai and coarsely grinded dal mix it well and add milk added with saffron rosted till it starts leaving ghee

Add sugar and dry fruits mix well

Moong dal halwa ready
