Firstly take all the above ingredients together.

Heat the pan pours oil and garam whole masala saute for a minute.

Add mustard and cumin seeds and add chopped onion, green chilies n curry leaves mix it well and cook for five minutes.

Add salt n chopped tomatoes mixed it well and cook for a minute.

Add turmeric powder mix it nicely and cook, add leftover rice.

Mix it well sprinkles some Coriander leaves n lemon juice and cook another five minutes.
