The most quickest, easiest & delicious way to celebrate any Fasting/Vrat-
One of my favourites as always…💁🏻♀️
Steps
- 1
Heat up a frying pan over the medium flame: Add in the ghee to it & then, throw in the Tempering Spices- Sauté for a few seconds until it starts spluttering & release its aroma
- 2
Add in the Boiled & Cut Up potatoes to it now & continue sautéing until its quite nicely combined and well blended together & get gently golden browned from all along- Checkout the seasoning part & adjust accordingly if that’s required- Add in the rest of the dry spices as aforesaid
- 3
Once that’s done perfectly-
Add in the freshly chopped coriander leaves into it- Give it all a really good mix-
Flame goes off now, let it rest in its standing position for another 5-6 mins time before serving it piping hot with Puri/Paratha or similar suitable items during any fasting days - 4
Transfer it to a separate plate or directly to the serving platters-
Garnish it your way to ENJOY YOUR FASTING this season 💁🏻♀️
