Make a medium size ball and roll out with rolling pin

Add some purified butter (ghee)and sprinkle some dry flour mix and spread them nicely,

Now cut it in single strips.... then put this strip on each other and make peda👇

Keep in fridge for few minutes then roll it and cook it
