Banana Bread 🍞🍌🍶🥛
A simple and quick way to use ripe bananas!
Steps

In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon (spices to taste).

Mix the sugar with the melted or room temperature butter, add the eggs, and mix well.

In a separate bowl, mash the bananas slightly with a fork, then add to the sugar mixture. Use a mixer with a whisk attachment to blend the mixture until smooth.

Then, fold in the flour with a spatula and add the chocolate chips to taste.

Line a standard loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in the batter. Place a halved banana on top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. 😋

Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 50-55 minutes, then cool on a rack. (In my Bosch oven, it took 55 minutes.)

Serve plain or with milk, or Nutella.
