I was reminded of this dish after giving birth, so I decided to make it. Normally, I wouldn't eat it, but after giving birth, I found it helped with milk production.
Now that I'm not breastfeeding, I don't eat it as often, but it's still delicious as always. ☺️

1. Marinate the chicken: Cut the chicken thighs into pieces.

2. Stir-fry: Heat a pan until hot, add oil, and sauté chopped garlic until golden and fragrant. Add ginger and stir-fry, followed by the chicken. Cook until done, then add onions, chili peppers, and wood ear mushrooms. Season with oyster sauce and soy sauce, and stir until well combined.

3. Garnish with green onions and serve.
