Griddle pork: 6 minutes
Serves 2 servings
  1. 2pork tenderloin medallions, 6 oz. (170 g) each
  2. 1/4 teaspoonsalt, or to taste
  3. 1/4 teaspoonground cumin
  4. 1/4 teaspoononion powder
  5. 1/4 teaspoongarlic powder
  6. 1/2 tablespoonchopped parsley
  7. 1 teaspoonolive oil

Steps

Griddle pork: 6 minutes
  1. 1

    Measure and cut the ingredients. Pat the pork medallions dry with paper towels.

    In a small bowl, mix the seasonings. Season the medallions and drizzle both sides with olive oil.

    Heat a steel griddle well. Sear and cook the medallions on both sides.
