Ingredients

1/2 poundground beef with some fat
1large onion
2 clovesgarlic
1medium bunch cilantro
1 1/2 cupsfinely ground rice
Salt
Pepper
Cumin
Coriander
Pinchbaking powder

Steps

Chop the onion, garlic, and fresh cilantro in a food processor, then add the ground beef and blend all ingredients well. Add the spices.

Shape the kofta and lightly oil your hands to prevent sticking. Fry in oil. Enjoy!
