Cooking Instructions

Mix the flour till it gets thick

Cover the mixture and leave for 15 mins

Now for the filling we can use vegetables like beetroot carrot potato onion green chilli

Chop all the veggies and keep aside

Put some oil in a pan and add cumin seeds and mustard seed and add chopped chillies with garlic and ginger past in it then add all the veggies and wait till it is cooked well.

Now add salt (to taste), turmeric, garam masala, chat masala, and add 1 spoon lemon juice now add some coriander leaves. Wait until it's cooked. Cover it for 10 mins on low flame.

When the stuffing is cooled for a bit make balls of the dough and press them and fill it with the stuffing (masala) close it properly and make your paratha by making it plane.

Your paratha is ready to serve hot. Garnish it with a butter cube.
