Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a pan add 2 litre Water than add all ingredients for daal cooked on medium flame for 20 minutes or till daal get tender and everything get mix well
Give bihgar when daal get ready - 2
Method for rice
Soak falak rice for 10 minutes
Take big pan add 3 cup water salt oil boil the rice when rice get done 80 percent - 3
Close the flame strain rice using stainer
Now put back all rice in pan steam rice for 5 minutes.
In matka pan add steamed rice, pour daal over and serve with green chattni and salad
Enjoy 🙂
