Ingredients

  1. ingredients for rice
  2. 2 cup banaspati rice
  3. 1 teaspoon salt
  4. 1 tablespoonoil
  5. 3 cupwater
  6. Ingredients For daal
  7. 1 cupDaal masoor
  8. 1/2 cupDaal Moong
  9. 1/2 cupDaal chana
  10. 1big tomato
  11. 3green chilli
  12. 1/2sliced onion
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 1 tspRed crushed pepper
  15. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric
  16. 1 teaspoonGinger garlic paste
  17. 2 tablespoonsoil
  18. For tempting
  19. 6 tablespoonsghee
  20. 1small onion sliced
  21. 1/2 teaspoonzeera
  22. 2-3green chilli For garnish
  23. 1/2chopped dhania

Cooking Instructions

50 minutes
  1. 1

    In a pan add 2 litre Water than add all ingredients for daal cooked on medium flame for 20 minutes or till daal get tender and everything get mix well
    Give bihgar when daal get ready

    Method for rice
    Soak falak rice for 10 minutes
    Take big pan add 3 cup water salt oil boil the rice when rice get done 80 percent

    Close the flame strain rice using stainer
    Now put back all rice in pan steam rice for 5 minutes.
    In matka pan add steamed rice, pour daal over and serve with green chattni and salad
