Steps

Sift the flour in a bowl, next add in the sugar and yeast

Add in the salt and the 1/8 cup of milk

Mix all together till Incorporated

Add in the warm water starting with 1 cup first. Then you mix, add in the remaining water and mix till silky in texture.

Cover and allow to proof for 20-30 min's

After it has proofed, mix to remove excess air, then hear up your oil.

Once the oil is hot, drop it not by bit into a round shape and very till golden brown.

For the milk mixture, you mix in the 1/4 cup of milk with the 1/8 cup of sugar

Sprinkle on top of the puff puff.
