1 cupnormal oats,
4eggs,
Salt to taste,

Grind the oats to a fine powder. Keep aside.

Take a mixing bowl, break eggs into it. Beat them until fluffy & light. Add salt & black pepper powder, mix it well.

Take another bowl, add oats powder, add milk now. Mix it well.

Add all the veggies. In goes lil salt, mix it nicely.

Transfer beaten eggs into the oats, mix it thoroughly.

Take a pan or tawa, add oil or ghee, heat it. Pour the mixture, spread it evenly.

Cook it until down side becomes light brown. Flip it, cook the other side too until light brown. Make all the omelettes in the same manner.

Take out in a dish, cut them into quarters. Serve it with any chutney or dip.

A good healthy breakfast dish...
