Ingredients

  1. Lettuce
  2. Liver
  3. Cucumbers
  4. Red pepper
  5. Salad dressing of choice
  6. Carrots

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cut lettuce into smaller pieces.

    Wash the liver, cut into cubes and cook then set aside to cool completely.

    Wash and peel the cucumbers then dice into cubes, cut the red pepper, and grate some carrots to make it colorful.

  3. 3

    In a large bowl add the lettuce, cucumber, red pepper, carrots and liver then mix thoroughly and dress with salad dressing of choice. Can be eaten with rice, pasta, couscous or just as it is.
