Blend the pepper and keep aside

In a pot, heat the vegetable oil and the red oil for 5 seconds

Add the blended pepper and onion for about 5 minutes

Add the fish and seasoning to taste

Cover and allow to cook for at least 2 minutes

Add the curry, garlic, Paprika ginger

Serve with white rice or boiled yam

Lastly, add the spinach and low the heat and cover it for at most 3 minutes.
