  • 1/4 cupPeanut or 50 grchanadal 1/4 cup
  • As Per TasteSalt
  • 1 tspHaldi
  • 1 tspLal mirch powder
  • pinchHing
  • As RequiredSugar powder optional
  • 1 tspSaunf
  • 1 tbspCashew nuts and raisins
  • 8Kadhi patta

    Hit oil on the flame once the oil becomes hot put poha in the strainer and then put in oil with the strainer poha Fry transfer to a plate sprinkle haldi and salt again with same procedure and sprinkle haldi and salt.

    Now fry peanuts kadhipatta add in poha in another pan hit oil for masala add saunf lal mirch powder til garam masala (optional) add fried poha peanut mix all add sugar powder again mix it so ready to serve with any Sweets like peda burfi
