  • 500 gRama
  • 2 cupssugar
  • 3eggs 🥚
  • 8 tspbaking powder
  • 8 cupsflour
  • 1 tspbaking soda

  1. 1

    Pre heat oven to 180 °
    Mix all the dry ingredients together, on a separate bowl mix eggs, 1 cup inkomazi /Buttermilk, 1 cup vanilla custard and mix gently. Roll them and cut with a cutter of your choice, then brush with egg wash then bake for 20/25 minutes till golden brown on top
