Ingredients

1hr 15 minutes
2 people
  1. Chicken patty (2 pattys)
  2. 2onions
  3. Barbaque sauce
  4. 4 sliceswhite bread or brown bread. (white is preferred)
  5. blue band

Cooking Instructions

1hr 15 minutes
  1. 1

Apply blue band on one side of each slice of bread.

  2. 2

Get a pan and heat it under medium heat.

  3. 3

Put the bread on the pan to get some heat and to turn a gold brown colour. (Let it burn on the side that has blue band)

  4. 4

Once all slices are toasted or heated remove them and set them aside

  5. 5

Get some oil and put the preferred amount onto the pan. I use 1 and 1/2 tablespoon of oil.

  6. 6

Let the oil heat a bit then you can heat the patties until they are beige-ish in colour and the bounderies are having a gold brown colour.

  7. 7

Once all patties are cooked, set them aside and turn off the stove so you can cut the onions.

  8. 8

Once the onions are cut into small pieces...put them in the pan and cook them for a while. Don't cook them completely!

  9. 9

After cooking them for a while, add some barbaque sauce in the pan. I used 2 tablespoons of barbaque sauce. Let the onions cook for 2 minutes as you stir

  10. 10

All the ingredients are now utilized. It is time to assemble the sandwich. Get one slice of bread that was toasted and place a chicken patty that we cooked earlier on top. Put some of the onions on top of the patty and drizzle a bit of barbaque sauce on top. Put a slice of bread on top and boom finished product! repeat the same for the other sandwich and enjoy!!
