Banana is a nutritious fruit and mostly loved by Kids and it can be turned interesting by converting bananas into delicious fritters.

Mash bananas, add Aatta / Maida + semolina + Sugar + cinnamon powder + salt and mix very nicely. We need a pakodi type consistency batter, if required then only add milk otherwise not required.
A thick yet dropping consistency batter is required. - 2
Heat oil, start dropping small small size batter and deep fry in medium heat till golden brown.

Fritters are ready to serve.
