Indian Style Chicken Stir Fry

I made this dish today when I had only 200gms of chicken (for 4 people). My plan with this chicken was to make momos. But as my mother and sister wanted something different yet filling and tasty I came up with this recipe. It hardly takes 10 minutes prep time and cooking combined. As I said, little goes a long way, because it's so flavourful a cup of boiled rice and a tablespoon of this curry is all you would need. I hope you like it. Do post your pics in the comment box would love to hear from you!
