Cooking Instructions

Wash the okra and potatoes thoroughly. Pat the okra dry with a cloth and make a slit in the middle. Peel and cut the potatoes as shown in the picture.

Sprinkle salt inside the okra. Heat 5 tablespoons of oil in a pan. First, add the okra and cook until slightly crispy, then add the potatoes. Add salt and cover with a lid. Cook on low heat for 10 minutes until the potatoes are tender.

Remove any excess oil, add turmeric, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Mix well and cook on low heat for 2 minutes, then turn off the heat.
