Ingredients

  1. 14 ozbag frozen baby okra
  2. 1medium onion, rough chopped
  3. 3-5garlic cloves, sliced
  4. 1/2vegetable bouillon cube dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water
  5. 2tsps dried dill or to taste
  6. Olive oil for sauteeing
  7. Lemon juice for tempering & lemon wedges for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Open bag of okra and set in bowl on counter

  2. 2

    Place a few teaspoons of olive oil in a fry pan. Add 3 to 5 sliced garlic cloves & sautee for 2 min. Chop onion and add to pan. Sautee 5 minutes

  3. 3

    Dissolve vegetable bouillon cube in warm water and add this solution to the pan. Add okra to pan. Cook on medium heat until water nearly absorbed about 5 to 7 minutes

    Sprinkle dried dill over okra & onions. Finish cooking another few minutes. Ad lemon juice to taste and mix. Place in serving bowl, garnish with lemon wedge serve warm.
