This is again one very famous maharashtrian preparation which is tasty and yummy. Shravan special,every Monday we make this in evening naivedya.
Steps

Wash and dry colacacia leaves. In a Big bowl take gram flour, rice flour, Red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt,and carom seeds.

In a mixer, jar add ginger, curry leaves, green chilies and coriander, and cumin seeds. Blend to paste.

Add this to the mixing bowl. Add tamarind pulp and jaggery. Add the required water to get a dosa batter consistency.

Apply a layer of the gram flour mixture to the leaf. Again put the second leaf. apply a layer of mixture. Roll it tightly

Prepare steamer. Put some oil on the strainer. Put rolled leaves in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes. Allow it to cool down.

Cut it into pieces and deep fry it in a pan on medium heat. here I want crispy so I fried it in a dark brown colour. You can fry till light brown colour. Enjoy
