Cooking Instructions
- 1
Pour flour in a large bowl then put 6 tea/spns of baking powder, followed by the baking soda and about 3 pinches of salt (1ml spn)
- 2
Sift the flour then add a cup of dried coconut (optional)
Add the butter then mix using your hands.
When the butter resembles bread crumps you are done.
- 3
In a different bowl break 4 eggs, then 1 and a half cup of sugar, and 2 cups of milk, mix using a fork, or egg beater. Make a well in your flour then mix the wet ingredients into the flour, avoid over mixing.. Roll your dough on a flat surface coated with flour then shape your scones with your preferred shape.
Leave about two table spoons of the wet mixture and brush it on top of your scones before baking them..
- 4
Preheat the oven at 180°, I reduce mine to 120 right before putting them in to avoid burning them.

Earl Grey Scones for the airfryer Earl Grey Scones for the airfryer
I was searching the internet one day and found this recipe. Converted it to ml and my family loved it. There is nothing I love more than to eat scones in the summer. But no one likes to heat up the home. I love my airfryer for this reason. I also have a confession sometimes I mess up the butter measurements and add way more than I should. Like 1 cup instead of half. What can I say, I am not a chef or a baker and found adding more butter was actually tastier and moister scone. Oopsy baking everyone. Katatonickat
