Ingredients

15 minutes
  1. 200 gmsalmond pista shrikhand
  2. 1+1/2 cup thick buttermilk
  3. 2 tbspsugar
  4. 1/4 tspcardamom powder
  5. As RequiredAlmond flakes for garnishing
  6. As RequiredPistachio flakes for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl take thick buttermilk. Add shrikhand and sugar.

    Add cardamom powder, by using whisker mix every thing well. Keep in refrigerator for chilled.

    Take piyush in serving glass. Garnish with almond, pistachio flax. Serve chilled. Enjoy.
