Peel, wash & cut potatoes into wedges cook with little salt for 5 minutes, strain water & set aside. In a bowl add flour, corn flour, parsley,paprika, curry, seasoning cubes & salt & mix.

Add little water to make a paste mix it well & add in the cooked potato cover the potato with the paste & fry in hot oil. Flip to the other side until golden the remove from oil & set aside.

Peel & mash garlic cloves. In an empty pan on heat melt butter, then add in the garlic cloves, stir & add the fry potatoes mix every thing well then off heat & serve.
