Fish Burger
Made at culinary school. Improvised sauce and recipie.
Steps

Mix the Tuna meat with the eggs

Add the bread crumbs until a consistent mass of meatballs
- 3
Add salt, pepper, and herbs for taste to the meatball dough.

Make the meatball dough into a round flat shape.

Fry the meatballs until a golden to brownish color.
- 6
Prepare the burger sauce. In a blender place all the ingredients. Mix until a consistant sauce. If the sauce gets too thick, add water.

Take the burger buns, and put the sauce on the bottom.

Add the meatballs.

On top of the meatball place the vegetables. The sliced onions, pickles, and tomatoes.
