Vada pav is a savory dinner roll stuffed with fried mashed and spiced potato fritters. It is a popular vegan street food snack of Mumbai and Maharashtra. This dish is full of flavors and various textures!

Add gram flour in a mixing bowl. Mix all dry masale and make a thick batter by adding water slowly. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped onions and fry till golden. Add all dry masale and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and make balls

Now dip these balls in gram flour batter and coat it well from all sides.

Heat oil in a wok. Add batter-coated balls and deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from another side also. Fry green chili also.

Heat pav on a griddle from both sides. Apply pav masala on one side. Keep this bonda pakora over it in center with green chili and serve hot with chutney.
