Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  1. For preparing batter
  2. 1/2 cupsgram flour
  3. As Required water
  4. 1/4 tspeach of red chilli, turmeric, garam masala, salt, carrom
  5. 2 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  6. For preparing stuff balls
  7. 2Boiled potatoes
  8. 2 tbspcooking oil
  9. 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  10. 1small onion
  11. As Per Taste Salt
  12. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  13. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  14. 1/4th tsp coriander seed powder
  15. 1/4 tspcumin seed powder
  16. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  17. 1/4 tspmango powder
  18. For Others
  19. As Required Harvest Pav
  20. As required Chutney
  21. 2green chillies
  22. 2 TbspVada pav masala
  23. As required Cooking Oil for deep frying

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Add gram flour in a mixing bowl. Mix all dry masale and make a thick batter by adding water slowly. Add chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

    Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped onions and fry till golden. Add all dry masale and mix well. Add chopped coriander leaves. Divide the mixture into 4 equal parts and make balls

    Now dip these balls in gram flour batter and coat it well from all sides.

    Heat oil in a wok. Add batter-coated balls and deep fry till golden brown colour. Flip the side and fry from another side also. Fry green chili also.

    Heat pav on a griddle from both sides. Apply pav masala on one side. Keep this bonda pakora over it in center with green chili and serve hot with chutney.
