First take channa dal powder clean with help of seive and add a pinch of salt and add water one cup you can add one pinch of haldi or food colour(i have taken food colour orange)a drop

Then heat your refined oil heat for sometime take holes spatula while we are using for fry Puri etc.same spatula you have to drop your channa dal batter one tsp then you have to take a spoon or knife to drop in a oil your flame should be in moderate heat so that eventually split your moti shape besan ladoo.then when cooked take a buter paper in a vessel and drop the cooked besan ladoo.let them cool completely.

Step two is take one and one half cup water and pour your sugar.make a double stick sugar syrup.check in your hand if your sugar drop is sticky consistency your sugar syrup ready mix kesar drop,and cardamon powder and pour all the fried boondi mix immediately to even spread with your help of hand by applying oil or ghee you can have round shape.after sometime sugar syrup tight your sweet also ready...to eat...
