Serves 4 servings

5young endives
1cucumber (from my garden)
1red onion
2 tablespoonschive flower vinegar (homemade, recipe linked)
Vinaigre de fleurs de ciboulette
2 tablespoonsolive oil
Comment doser facilement l huile d olive (arroser les salades,ajouter un filet d huile…)
Basil-flavored salt
Sels aromatisés (curry,algues,vin,vanille,piment d Espelette,tomate basilic,agrumes)
Pepper
1 tablespoonchopped parsley (from my garden)

Steps

Rinse and dry the endives, cut off the tips, and set aside.

Chop the rest of the endives into pieces in a large salad bowl. Peel the red onion.

Thinly slice the onion and add it to the bowl.

Peel the cucumber.

Cut the cucumber into pieces and add it to the bowl.

Mix in the vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper, and stir well.

Add the parsley and mix again.

Arrange the reserved endive tips on a large platter and pour the contents of the bowl in the center.

It's ready! Serve immediately.

Tips

Comment doser facilement l huile d olive (arroser les salades,ajouter un filet d huile…)

Utiliser une verseuse conçue pour l huile d olive,j ai acheté la mienne en Espagne mais elles se trouvent facilement un peu partout
