Grate the cabbage and wash it then rinse its water.

Then add corn flour and refined flour and make a balls from fom it.

Then take a wok and heat the oil and fry the balls.

Then take a pan and add 2tbsp oil then add chopped garlic,onion,green chilli and capsicum,saute it.Then add soya sauce,white vinegar, chilli sauce.

Then add a 1tbsp corn flour batter and add water as needed for gravy.

Add balls into it and cover it for five minutes. Ready to serve with fried rice...
