Ingredients

  • 500 gCrispy Lotus Blossom Cookies Flour
  • 1 cupCoconut milk
  • 1 cup clear lime water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3-4 tbsps Coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp Black & White sesame
  • Rice bran Oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Put coconut milk, clear lime water, salt and egg. Whisk to mix well. Add Crispy Lotus Blossom flour, coriander leaves and sesame whisk to combine well.

    Heat the rice bran oil, immerses the mold brass lotus blossom cookies until the printing is finish in excessively hot oil. Faise it from the pan and place on the rack to get rid of oil at the bottom of the mould and put tge mould in the flour enough to do printing. Thereafter. Raise it and immerse it in the pan with oil, ensuring the mould get into the oil by half only when the flour hardens, press the mould down to the bottom of the pan.

    Thereafter shake the flour slowly out and fry the cookies so it becomes golden brown color. Use the ladle to put the cookies on the paper to get rid of oil. Allow them to cool down completely, put it in a container with a lid.
