A classic Mexican dessert that's easy to make, very satisfying, and delicious.
Cooking Instructions

Rinse the rice thoroughly. In a pot, add enough water to cover the rice, then add the sugar and cinnamon stick. Add the rice and cook, making sure there is always enough water during the process.

Once the rice is almost cooked and the water has reduced by half, add the evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk to taste. The mixture should be a little thick, not too runny.

Another option: if you have leftovers, blend them with a little milk, adjust the sweetness, and freeze in molds to make popsicles.

Let cool slightly at room temperature, then refrigerate. Serve in gelatin molds or dessert bowls, sprinkling a little ground cinnamon on top.

Optional: Once cooked, let it cool and blend until smooth. Pour into a baking dish, refrigerate, and cut into portions (you can add a little dissolved unflavored gelatin when blending).
