First, chop, wash, and boil all the vegetables.

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons butter. Add the ginger-garlic paste and tomato puree, and sauté.

Add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, and pav bhaji masala. Mix well.

Add the boiled vegetables, cook, and mash them. Add 1/2 cup water (about 120 ml), lemon juice, and chopped cilantro.

Spread butter and pav bhaji masala on the pav (bread rolls) and toast them.
- 6
Serve the hot pav bhaji with toasted pav and chopped onions.
