In a bowl add roasted Rava, curd, chopped onion, grated carrots, chopped green capsicum, salt, blank pepper powder, and whisk well

In pan heat ghee, add Chana Dal, Urad Dal, mustard seeds, curry leaves, and Hing, stir until dals are a little brown, add to Rava mix, which again. Batter is ready

Grease Idli mould, add the batter, and tap to release air.

Add to steamer and steam for 12 mins, rest for 2-3 mins, demould. Finish the batches
- 5
Plate with Chutney and enjoy 😊
