First wash the bindi and take soft cloth and remove all the water..cut in to small cubes keep it away.

Prepare you coconut grated materials keep it away in a vessel.

Then next step is pour your coconut oil or refined oil and pour black rai,channa dal,urad dal,hing,curry leaves add if you want sukka red chilli 0ne no and add your cut small cubes bindi add immediately haldi a pinch,red chilli powder+kasmiri mircha),gun powder &sakt and blend everything kast a add a pinch of sugar.so that the green colour will be retained the same.

After your bindi cooked nicely and finally you add your grated coconut.and put off the gas then no more cooking required...your subji ready eat with simple dal,chawal, or sukka roti absolute divine Taste...
